Samuel Boadu Fired : The former Medeama SC head coach is the eleventh manager to be hired and fired by the Togbe Afede-led board of directors at Hearts of Oak.
On Tuesday 27th September 2022, Samuel Boadu became the 11th coach to be sacked by the Phobians since Togbe Afede XIV became the majority shareholder of the club in November 2011.
Ironically Boadu , the latest to be fired, is also the most successful Hearts of Oak coach in the Togbe era ; one Ghana Premier League title and two FA Cups won. No other coach comes near the record of Boadu at the club in terms of the last twelve years.
