The Black Galaxies : The Black Galaxies of Ghana are likely to cross path with Cameroon in the quarter-finals of the 2022 African Nations Championship following Madagascar’s perfect record in Group C.
The Barea defeated Sudan by 3-0 on Monday night in Constantine to finish as winners of Group C with 6 points as each of the three teams in the group were awarded a 3-0 victory each following the withdrawal of Morocco.
Madagascar who also defeated Ghana by 2-1 in their group opener thus maintain their hundred percent record at the tournament and will now meet Group A runner-up Mozambique in the quarter-finals.
Meanwhile coach Annor Walker’s team are waiting to know their Last Eight opponent. Is it going to be Cameroon or Niger?
The Indomitable Lions lead Group E with 3 points whilst Niger are second with a point with Congo eliminated. At least a draw will be enough for Cameroon to set up a huge clash against Ghana on January 28th in Oran.
