2023 AFCON Qualifiers : How Hearts of Oak attacker Yassan Ouatching fared with Central African Republic

Yassan Ouatching at Central African Republic : Hearts of Oak striker Yassan Ouatching was invited by the Central African Republic national team to contest Match-Day Three and Match-Day Four of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification series.

The attacker was the only Hearts of Oak player that earned a national team call-up during the FIFA international break for various continental competitions qualification matches and friendlies.

However , in the two games played by Central African Republic (CAR) who are managed by Raoul Savoy , the Hearts of Oak player failed to make an appearance.

Yassan was unused substitute on March 23rd when CAR defeated Madagascar by 3-0 on the road. On Monday the CAR completed back to back wins over the Malagasy side and once again Yassan Ouatching was an unused substitute.

CAR are now second on Group E standings with 7 points in 4 games as the Black Stars of Ghana lead the table with 8 points from 4 games contested.

The CAR attacker has failed to impress since joining Hearts of Oak.
