Clermont Foot defender Alidu Seidu has been picked by Ghana head coach Otto Addo as one of the starting eleven players to take on Portugal on Thursday as the Black Stars launch their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign in Doha.
Alidu has appeared in 14 games out of 15 at the Ligue 1 side this season. The 22-year old has played 1213 minutes of football his club before the World Cup break.
