The player was heard as part of the investigation by the Hauts-de-Seine Territorial Security, before being presented to a judge and then indicted and placed under judicial supervision.
Last week, a young woman presented herself at the Nogent-sur-Marne police station, declaring that she had been raped by the player.
The latter, aged 24, did not wish to file a complaint, but an investigation was nevertheless opened.
The facts date back to February 25, after Hakimi invited the young woman to his home after meeting her on Instagram.
He even appeared smiling, warming up during a toro alongside Sergio Ramos, Marco Verratti, Kylian Mbappé or even Marquinhos.
For their part, PSG learned of the indictment of Achraf Hakimi this Friday morning shortly before the revelation of the information by several media.
This is the latest rape case involving a high profile footballer after those of Dani Alves and Benjamin Mendy.
Meanwhile Hiba Abouk the wife of Hakimi has asked the Moroccan international for divorce since the news broke.
