Lilepo Among CAF CL Top Scorers : The third round of group stage matches of the 2022/23 CAF Champions League were played this weekend and GhanaSportsMarket.com takes a look at the Top Scorers Chart so far.

Makabi Lilepo who is one of the leaders of goals in this season’s competition shares the same dressing room with two Ghanaian players ; Ibrahim Imoro and David Abagna Sandan at Al-Hilal Omdurman.

Lilepo scored 10 goals for AS Vita to finished the 2021/22 Democratic Republic of Congo national championship as top scorer.

The former AS Vita youth player then joined the Sudanese giants on 3rd August 2022 for a reported transfer fee of 200 000 USD and signed a two-year deal.

He has netted 3 goals in 3 games in the 2022/23 CAF Champions League to justify why Al-Hilal Sports Club made his their signing of the summer.

Cassius Mailula – Mamelodi Sundowns – 3 goals

Hamza Khabba – Raja Casablanca – 3 goals

Makabi Lilepo – Al-Hilal Omdurman – 3 goals
