Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies : The South African team won the inaugural CAF Women’s Champions League in 2021 and begin their title defence today against Bayelsa Ladies of Nigeria.
Mamelodi Sundowns are placed in Group B alongside Bayelsa Ladies , Wadi Degla and TP Mazembe Women team.
Both Group B matches take place at Stade de Marrakech on Monday.
In the other Group A matches played on Sunday ; Green Buffaloes Ladies spanked Determine Girls by 4-0 and FA Rabat Women won 1-0 over Simba Queens.
