Raymond Asante Anokye has expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Ghanaian side Young Apostles FC following his big move to Serie A side Udinese Calcio.

Raymond Asante Anokye played in the Division One League last season with the Sunyani-based side Young Apostles and his move to the Italian side is one of the most remarkable Ghanaian transfers this window.

Udinese Calcio is a professional Italian football club based in Udine, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. They currently plays in Serie A. It was founded on 30 November 1896 as a sports club. They became a football club on 5 July 1911.
Their traditional team home kit is black and white striped shirt, black shorts, and white socks. The club broadcasts on channel 110 (Udinese Channel) on digital terrestrial television in the north-east of Italy. It has many fans in Friuli and the surrounding areas.
Udinese have never won the Italian Serie A.
