Copa del Rey Clasico : Barcelona take first leg advantage with 1-0 away win

Barcelona win at Bernebeu : FC Barcelona took a first leg advantage of the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-finals by defeating Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernebeu on Thursday night.

Eder Militao scored an own goal following a melee in the Madrid penalty box in the 26th minute with Ivorian midfielder Franck Kessie involved in the creation of the goal.

Karim Benzema thought he had put Carlo Ancelotti’s side ahead but his effort was correctly disallowed for offside.

The second leg takes place on 5th April at the Camp Nou.
