Man United hammer Nottingham : Manchester United have responded to their Premier League lost at Arsenal last Sunday with a 3-0 victory at Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Wednesday.
United were beaten by Arsenal by 3-2 at the Emirates over the weekend but the Red Devils bounced back to winning ways with an emphatic first leg win in their EFL Cup semi-final ties against Forest.
In-form attacker Marcus Rashford scored the first goal for Erik ten Hag’s side in the 6th minute on the service of Casemiro.
Dutch striker Wout Weghorst made it 2-0 at the stroke of half time before Bruno Fernandes made matters worse for the home team with an 89th minute effort.
The second leg is slated for February 1st.
