Partey and Xhaka : Arsenal teammates Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka will oppose each other on Thursday when Ghana take on Switzerland in a final warm-up match ahead of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The Partey – Xhaka – Martin Odegaard midfield partnership at The Gunners is one of the best in the Premier League this season as Arsenal lead the EPL Standings going into the World Cup.
However on Thursday when the Black Stars and the Red Crosses meet in Abu Dhabi for their final pre-World Cup test match , the Black Stars midfielder and the Swiss will be opposing each other.
Xhaka will lead Switzerland in Qatar as skipper of the side whilst Otto Addo counts on Thomas , one of the undisputed starters for the Black Stars.
